I work swing shift so I'm back on days next weekend, then right back on nights the week after.

Curious about why you think this? He's not a west coast guy. Very much an east coast guy. UCLA is not allowed to pay monster money for coaches either.

My personal list of people who I'd hope for would be...

1) Gruden
2) Kelly

3) Patterson
4) Peterson

I'm higher obviously on Mullen than many of you but I stand by my statement that he's top 4 in the SEC right now. I'd put him on par with James Franklin as a coach. Miss State is that hard of a place to have success.

If we get below that tier I'm probably giving up 30+ years of season tickets and UT stands to lose 6 figures from me in donations assuming I live to a reasonable age. I'd imagine that is the case for many of us at this point. I'll still watch and follow, but if they won't take it serious my serious investment of time and money will be over.

I work swing shift so I'm back on days next weekend, then right back on nights the week after.

I just don't know if I could handle the swing shifts. My wife hates my guts when I work these outages on nightshift as it is.

It's turned me into a grumpy insomniac. My wife hates it too. She wants me on straight days so bad she can't stand it.

I forget what the diagram is called, but there is actually a study that shows the life expectancy decrease per year of working swing shift. It's pretty bad.
