A lot of uninspired play tonight. Personally believe that all the team leaders have bailed on Jones. After JK got the personal foul tonight, Jones was all over him, but JK just talked to the other backs and never acknowledged Butch.

I wish I could disagree but its the truth. Regardless of whi the next coach is, its going to take s couple of years to get things corrected.

I know it’s only 2 weeks left in the season and if we had kept it close maybe Jones would have stayed through the end but now Currie has to go ahead and end it. Has to.

My educated guess is he will be fired tomorrow.

LSU is clearly better and no one, not even the most optimistic person on the planet, thinks we have a chance to stop their running game next Saturday. It is a guaranteed loss and will mean our bowl eligibility is voided.

Currie thought Butch was the best option to get us bowl eligible. That dream is dead.

I would just tell Gruden we are pulling the offer if he's doing that. Can't let him hold us hostage and move on. He has too much control over us and we need to quit being the whussy here. Screw him if can't say yes to UT with the money and control he would have.

I'm not ready to say it.

I think what we've seen is a complete mismanagement of recruiting priorities - too many skill position players, not enough beef on the defensive side. And Butch allowed the strength and conditioning program to become a joke.

I'll be very interested to see where Shoop lands after this and how his defense performs. My guess is he will still be able to get a good job.
