Whatever. I'm tired of the Gruden stuff. If he wants the job, that's awesome, let's get it rolling. There comes a time when all this back and forth between the two sides starts to just waste time. If that is what's happening. Get on with it.

I don't think there's even back and forth. It's just people spouting off a bunch of BS. Trying to milk their 5-6 weeks of online e-cred and popularity. The narrative changes every day. It's ridiculous.

They'll also be forgiven once they drop their inevitable "Man, if only you knew how close Gruden was to being the next coach of the Vols" posts.

As bad as it sounds I sincerely hope that is the case IF we hire a Satterfield. The AD needs to wake the hell up.

I'm not sure what is going on. But I've got a bad feeling a bunch of people are going to agree with Bass and me on Currie before this all ends.

Mullen would at least be able to bring in top 10-15 classes at UT (significantly higher than what he could pill to Mississippi State), combine that with the level of QB play he would bring to the table, and he will win some games. I'd be pretty excited about Mullen, but it's sort of relative for me. If Florida lands Kelly, we'd better get Gruden.

I'll never stop loving Tennessee (I couldn't stop if I wanted to), but I won't invest time and money into the program like I used to if they decide to go cheap.

Nobody finds it to be odd that certain posters disappeared for well over a year and just show up claiming to know stuff like skeeter/babyvol? Like someone else said skeeter himself said before leaving he would be out of the loop once Currie was hired.... so he prob wants him to look stupid.

I'll trust the guys that been around the whole time and not just randomly deciding to show up to troll a coaching search. To say he hasn't heard Gruden name is asinine

Man, at least Mac took the tough questions and answered them. Butch complains that he gets them in the first place.

You're getting paid an awful lot of money. You're going to get tough questions.
