And his QB camp. He won't be able to run that if he were coach at Tennessee. Pretty sure that would be an NCAA violation, but per the Corona contest he is obligated to do it next spring. I'm sure there is a workaround for that tho.

You are absolutely correct CP. I'm not saying this out of emotion about any of this because I haven't gotten myself worked up about it all that much anyway. No offense to so called "insiders". Hell for all we know they are all getting the info filtered down by same rogue booster and it spreads out on the rumor tree to look like it is different sources. Maybe we get Gruden. Maybe we don't but don't get to caught up in anything on a message board.

Not surprised. Freshman QB, inexperienced OL, raw WRs. D has been bad most of the year. Tons of injuries too.

I heard the most ludicrous thing today. Which fuels my fire of wanting gruden announced now. A Michigan fan had the audacity to say saban is one of the most over rated coaches and then said Jim harbough is one of the greatest coaches to coach the game. I literally just said nothing. I'm so sick of harbough. Gruden is gonna take all that steam away.

I agree with this..... but DTOs post all of a sudden giving us a new obstacle here at the last minute seems to come at very strange time and also convenient time if you want to have a reason to say that your 100% confidence was right but you need wiggle room

I have less hope today than I ever did and must say I look for us now to hire Frost

He was a grad assistant here in the 80's for Majors. College would be more appealing to him now IMHO because SABAN is the marker and he would get to kick the $h!t out of the mark every year. Plus the part he has been quoted as saying about coaching pro players is a lot do not respect the head coach! He loves UT and has stated before that it was a dream job! He like most great coaches has a huge ego. He could be a legend at UT like Fulmer, Majors and Neyland and Peyton. Tampa would be a regurgitate for him!

If the control rumors are true (ie total media control), then not even Saban has that. I'm sure he would absolutely love it. It's moot tho, cause I don't think Saban would seriously consider. I just think it would make him do a double take.

Everyone needs to calm tf down about this Tampa thing. It’s not even a confirmed meeting. It has smokescreen written all over it imo.

It’s like we get all this positive information every day and y’all will pick it apart trying to disprove or invalidate it... but then we hear one small potentially negative thing and it’s treated like an absolute fact and Gruden isn’t coming and it’s the end of the world...

The positives still outweigh the negatives. No need for another meltdown just yet.

You do realize that is the Haslam Jet for the Cleveland browns right? Don't you think it's kinda funny it hasn't flown. Trust me it has flown!

Frost is my top choice and would be a home run imo. He didn't inherit players from Brian Kelly at his prior job that were coached at a high level and is a great gameday coach. I hope we throw everything in that direction.
