They will actually loose a few more seats with the renovation. They are now wanting higher paying seats rather than largest capacity.

I really do hate this, I wish they would add more seats. I know the terrace made them a lot of money but good grief its never full even for big games. I will miss the south endzone being a haunted house. We sat in section P for years until I got my own tickets and moved to N Endzone.

The LSU game will be a lot easier to take if everybody knows by then.

Volly,

Don't forget we have seniors on the team that are still trying to have a winning season. They have sacrificed sweat and blood for UT and they deserve the best shot they can get. It may only be for pride, but they are still VFLs. Just my 2 cents.

I'm excited about all the Grude news today! I am and have been at 95%, so I'm just enjoying seeing more confirmation of what we have been hearing for awhile now.:)Many thanks to all the posters sharing new bits of info.!

On another note, I would like to give an early shout out and BIG THANK YOU to all the veterans on this thread. :salute:
I know there are many of you reading and posting on here and without you and your service where would we be? I attended the ETMAC veterans appreciation luncheon today. At the conclusion of it, the Veteran's Day parade tomorrow in Knoxville was mentioned with the hopes many would come to see it. I believe it is at 11:00 AM. I just thought I would give it a mention on here to support the organizers and participants, you know? I'm going to be out of pocket quite a bit tomorrow, so I thought I'd go ahead and post this.

Okay, carry on Grudenites. Let the Grude times roll!:good!:

That's why I'm at every home game this year.

+ all the fancy whisky and Pappy's

--btw, what's a "murder Kroger"? :eek:hmy:

In Atlanta we have (had) 2 Kroger stores that went by specific names. We had the "Disco Kroger", which was by the Lime Light club. It was considered the Studio 54 of the south and is now closed.
The other is the "Murder Kroger and it is on Ponce de Leon ave. It is named that because of several murders and attempted murders that have happened in it's parking lot. Folks that have lived in Atlanta for a while or are Atlanta natives (which I am, but not a lot of folks are) know them both by name.
