Anyone can squeeze in 30 minutes. It really helps. I never ever ever miss a workout.

I found myself struggling to stay motivated with the home workouts and I enjoy the traditional lifting in a gym more now. The 30 mins workout would be enticing when Im in a time crunch for sure.

No it means a LOT of their players go to the NFL despite a low population. Your odds of growing pro are greater than many states. By your account China is a better country due to population, so is India. Anyway...

GTFO

What on earth? I said China is a better country? Where does this stuff come from?

It does not mean a lot of their players go to the NFL. No one even mentioned the NFL. This isn't measuring NFL talent. It means they produced a handful of D1 football players each year, and they don't have a large state population, so the per capita numbers are higher. It doesn't even measure the quality of those D1 football players. It's just a simple ratio, and is fairly meaningless.

Thanks for the weird aggression though.

Just about the time you start to think you want it to end... you have 5 minutes left. Helps with the mental stamina to push play every day.

Thats a hard call ,but I would guess #2:)

Bingo.
Forgot to add that she loves UT football.
You’d be surprised at some of the people that she has “worked” with in Knoxville. Will never disclose any names here due to privacy protection, family loyalties, and possible lawsuits.
Will only drop one Vol nug.....one of them rhymed with Train Miffin.

From LWSVOL on TOS:

on 247 I asked the question. Someone asked something like him being the home run and winning us a championship in three years.

How can anyone know when or even IF he can win a championship here? He hasn't coached in college in almost 30 years and he hasn't coached anywhere in 10 years. Things change pretty dramatically in any field across 10-30 years. People think differently and have to be managed differently. So there is no way to predict if Gruden will win here or not.

Will he improve Tennessee? I hope and believe so.

Will he bring excitement and juice to the program day one? Absolutely.

Will players respond to him? I hope so.

Can he put together a great college staff that understands college football and what is needed? I hope so and think he can.

Can I guarantee any of that? No. Can Currie? No. Can millions of dollars? no

Larry is talking like it's a done deal. Did he slip up?

I used to coach youth football here in Mississippi. There are some super athletic kids here. Even had the opportunity to coach some of the McNair kids. Steve was part of a really large family down here. All the youth programs are feeders to the middle school and high school programs.

Sure. Mississippi has football talent. So do most Southern states. Tennessee has some really nice talent. But Mississippi nor TN has as much talent as Georgia, Louisiana, NC, Florida, Texas, Cali, Virginia, etc.

FROM THE V4L Facebook group

Just passing along the post.

*BREAKING NEWS* Well guys some huge news is on the horizon. My brother knows a guy on the board that isn’t going to be mentioned that has informed him tonight that 4 hours ago or so we inked a deal with the man himself Jon Gruden to be the next head coach of UT football, a booster at UT paid out all coaching staffs that aren’t sticking around buyouts and Peyton was the one in the meeting room that said Jon Gruden was the future of Tennessee Football and that was said with the backing of many people, the announcement should be leaking on Sunday and along with that he was also informed that with the signing of Jon Gruden, Cade Mays is going to recommit. I️ know this sounds like just another Grumor but it’s from a source I️ trust very much and although nothing isn’t a rumor until it happens this one is one I️ believe whole heartedly. With that being said GO VOLS!!!!! I️ hope this is all real life come Sunday!!!!!

Hard to tell.

Subjunctive case is the hardest one in English language; we Americans aren't generally very good at knowing when to use it.

Could just be that every "will" and "can" in Larry's post should've been a "would" and "could".

On the other hand, maybe he knows something and it's slipping out in his word choice.

The latter is more fun, so...

HECK YAH, LWS says it's a done deal!

Go Vols!
