Oh, I did that. What I got back was "oh, Mays would just be gravy for our class anyway, we have 2 public 5* OL commits and another 5* silent, and they are all ROCK SOLID TO THE G!"

It's really hard to have a decent football conversation with them if UGA is part of the conversation. They really do just turn into the biggest homers ever.

My wife and I have discussed this frequently as of late. I would be honored to have an opportunity to serve our great country and be able to do something I've always had a passion for. Thanks again, and thank you for all that you do.

So is this the first confirmation we have that Gruden was in Knoxville last week...?

Also... this seems to mean that the clues Beaver is giving us could be where Gruden is, NOT where he is ?

The two thing that really troubles me are ! the only coach hired off staff that the people wanted was Johnny Majors. the second is if we had Gruden, why would the administration let the fans get so worked up. This is piss pore planning from the AD office. Go Gruden

Talking with a biased fan is absolutely impossible sometimes. Have a friend who is a UGA homer and it is comical and frustrating when Georgia is brought up.

I think so or he alluded to it. I don't know what significance, if any it has. His other hotel rec was a boutique hotel in aspen. That hasn't been a location yet.

Moderators and admins have the email addresses that we use when we sign up, assuming that the addresses are still good or weren't fake in the first place. That's how we get our birthday wishes! :)

I would guess that a mod has read st least one of our posts and emailed him. If so, maybe he hadn't replied, maybe it's not a good email, maybe he requested no updates here. At any rate, as worried as we might be, we can't demand information, at least not on the public forums. (The flip side of anonymity.)

Who knows, maybe as SFD mentioned, he's just embarrassed. Or he crossed some personal boundary that he had for himself to not discuss this specific event on a message board. :dunno:

But in case they haven't seen our posts, I'll report my own post (this one.) :)

--this really is one of the good parts of social media, and to me, it's notable that it happened on the Gruden thread. :hi:

I agree ... he was despondent the other night ... seemed to be trying to reach out for help.
