USF was a perennial 8 win team under Jim Leavitt when he left in 2009. In 3 years Skip Holtz destroyed USF with 8 then 5 then 3 wins. And they had never won double digit games in school historyYou're right 10-2. I'm not sure on the inheriting vastly different programs.
O'Leary won 10,12, and 9 games in the 3 years preceding the winless 2015 year.
Historically they might not be vastly different but the state of the respective programs when Frost and Taggart took them over are vastly different IMO.
