Didnt coach Orgeron partake in these violations as well?Who is Kiffen? LOL. Personally, I'd be fine with Lane Kiffin. But remember this - he committed multiple NCAA violations while at UT the first time. Question is, has he learned enough to avoid the same mistakes and others? Furthermore, anyone taking a job with a grudge against a competitor, is as ripe to cheat as there comes. Won't take too much for them to become totally rotten. Be careful what you ask for.
Not really. .56 + 1% is .5656.
Point being, I agree with your larger point. Byrd has been incredibly under-utilized this season and Sgt Carter saying hed suddenly gonna be a larger part of the game plan means virtually nothing imo.
I have come to the conclusion after losing to Kentucky that they will not be firing him mid-season.![]()
While it is debatable on firing Coach Fulmer, they allowed him to finish the season and the team rallied to help him win out (I think).
Maybe we should go that route, I think it will be at least as good for recruits than a last minute firing or waiting until the day after early signing period is over in December.
This is why.. and I kinda throw up a little when I say it... we need to look at Kiffen IF we can't get Gruden. Kiffen wants to come back to Knoxville and has a grudge to be settled with Saben. Noone else we could hire will have the same fire to go after Bama and Georgia like Kiffen would. I know were all still butthurt over him quitting on us , but shy of Gruden... who else can you name that has the fire to beat our SEC rivals?lol:
