Gotcha. That’s another good note.

I put those sources higher than any message board poster. I would think the sports shows would only talk about it if they heard it from other media members that are connected to college ball or the NFL (unless the context is that the show wants to address crazy message board rumors for a few laughs).

Disagree. The TFP article edged this out. Although the article about the 10m offer might be just as strong.

TFP carries more weight given the content and the whole scenario there.

Yeah, there were news outlets reporting that the offer was in hand in 2012. I can't remember if TFP was the only one, but there was a lot more smoke then than now.
