I don't think there is a benefit for him to waiting. I just don't think there is a benefit to doing it right.this.second for Gruden.

For Me? I can list many benefits on my end to getting this done ASAP. I'm so far behind right now.

i get what you are saying, but clearly UT is stalling. EVERYONE knows Butch is gone. Even Butch has to know. That being said, is the reason to defer purely financial on UT's part, or would it make sense that Gruden would want to stall?
Just trying to look at it from outside in

Colin Cowherd on his show today said Gruden to tennessee is possible. Something along the lines of if he is wanting to coach they are willing to pay up to do it. Starting to get bigger and bigger in terms of media outlets.

Why? At this point, in my opinion, it doesn't matter if he finishes the season or not. I just hope the players can stay healthy and the seniors get a chance to shine a little bit and have fun.

Then, Gruden time.

I've lurked for years and years. Even the OG threads in 2012, but never actually joined. So, I'm cutting my teeth that post def deserved a GTFO! Don't come to the Gruden thread and post anti Gruden crap! It wasnt personal, just business!
