I think hereforthegrumors addressed this at some point.

From what I have gathered, a MOU it's not as legally binding as a contract, either. Again, probably need one of our lawyers.

Back to Gruden. We get it. We're all over Butch.

From what I've heard, Gruden was initially offered 7.5 which he eventually turned down. Meeting took place late this week to approve a bigger offer, which has now been made of 8.5, plus upwards of 8 for a staff. Gruden has been in Knoxville a few times this week, but most notably yesterday, at which point those close to the situation believe he signed.

Has my guy seen the signature? No.
Do I have a timeline on the announcement? No.

I hadn't heard much this week, which is why I've been quiet. But this is what I was told tonight.

I hope you are correct.... but I remain skeptical at this point.... sorry, nothing against you or your post ... I think you are simply reporting what you have heard

I don't know about my grudemeter but my stressmeter has reached an all time high. I'm almost to the idgaf level and I never would have thought I would feel the way about Tennessee football. This is ridiculous. We look like a conference USA team tonight. Sad

It means all terms are agreed upon once xyz happens. No renegotiations needed. Everyone is happy.
