I find both of these difficult to believe, however iirc Ron Zook name was rumored the last time.... and Kiffin HAS been hinting something dealing with Tennessee on twitter ...

tony robinson offered to go help the QB' for nothing and CBJ said NO. Johnny Majors once said T rob forgot more about the QB position than most will ever know.

Kiffin is nothing like he used to be. Although still a cocky mother****er. I don't know look at all other than he was a very good recruiter and DC.

To me Zook will always be the guy in the early 90s who was on the other end of the fax machine when our assistant faxed him our playbook with game notes from the kinkos on the strip. Ah the simpler days when fax machines were a big deal.

True, but would Kiffin do this in order to try to get back and beat Saban. Like Kiffin or not, he is one of the best OC in college football.

I just recently moved back to West Tennessee from the Maryville area.

There is the Gruden Monte Kiffin connection. Don't be so surprised if it were to happen. After Gruden is gone you have your coach. This is my opinion.

Coaches get money from sponsors to help the overall value of their contract every time. While this may of just been a quick note you may be more correct than you think. JMO

I agree. I am in Memphis. If we hire gruden(or another big deal HC) me and the kids will be in Knox for the OW game. If it is Dooley 1.3 I’ll check back in around September.
