Some wonder why Haslam would favor having control over the success of the football team. They point to the Browns. "What? Does he want us to be the Browns"? Thing is i'm sure in HIS mind...the Browns are fine. They aren't the dumpster fire everyone thinks they are. Just going through a transition period. I'm sure the Haslams feel in their mind that THEY know what's best for UT. That the university is best off under THEIR influence and control. We could tell him for hours on end how bad their crappy Browns team is...or how bad UT has been under their influence...but they don't see it that way. They think their way is best...even though we're down now...THEY (Haslams) want UT back as a national power...but they are the ones to eventually get us back to that. Imo.
Browns have had 20 QBs in 3 years.
