That family has plenty of power in lots of different places, and billions of dollars.

I don’t understand why any Haslam would care about UT making a homerun hire for football. It just doesn’t make sense. What power would he be losing?

Atlanta, if your still lurking, it's been mentioned by the Beav that this group of boosters, presumably headed by Ergen, is offering up a deal that is being used to pressure the UT administration to hire Gruden. It has been suggested that no Gruden = no $$$. Do you think that is really the case? And if so, do you think that will work?

As long as you say what people wanna hear, and you can make it believable, they will believe you.

You can be the most trustworthy source in the world, but when you report something that people don't wanna hear, all of the sudden you're wrong or misinformed, or a troll.

Edit: it's like the complete opposite in the RF. Everything bad must be true, everything good must be a lie.

That doesn’t make sense because in that situation all Gruden would have to do is say “no way am I coaching the Browns, I will only coach at UT.”

They said these guys don’t lose. It’s still Gruden or it was never going to be and we all got trolled. Point blank!!!! Anything else and your just fooling yourself. So calm down and just be patient. The old saying “it is what it is” we’re just little people on a board if they listen to us butch would be gone by now

I’m also in real estate and this is fact.
For those scouring county records, it can take 60 to 90 Days following Closing for the records to reflect the sale,
For those scouring Zillow, etc. a) if the property was listed in an MLS, it can take a very long time for Zillow to update. Zillow/Trulia is like google for real estate. It pulls in info from multiple sources; i.e. MLS, FSBO sites, etc. b) if this was a private sale, it won’t be in MLS and therefore, won’t be in Zillow.
