I absolutely never guarantee victory. Unethical to do so.

I would absolutely take this case and would name the university, Jones and Wells. Might go after med staff as well depending on what I found out. I would feel pretty confident in the case, as well.

You're an attorney. You and I both know you'd name every deep pocket nearby and hope something sticks. You'll have a hard time proving that Jones is culpable in "should have noticed a particular player's condition on the sidelines, or on-field " when his job is to set procedures and manage the game while trusting his OC to see what is specifically happening in-play, and position coaches to manage personnel on the sidelines.

I reiterate. My position is that this isn't a slam-dunk case against Jones, as was asserted, and even though you did so with more confidence than I think you'd actually feel, you just affirmed it's not a slam dunk case against Jones.

somebody threw out a big 10 coach. it ain't urban as someone else threw out. many have said brohm was a possible candidate. personally i'm not buying it.

If it's PJ Fleck I'm setting fire to Neyland then throwing myself off of the Henley Street Bridge.

Seriously, wtf am I continuing to miss about the Beaver?
Can someone here please explain to me what he has said that has made him the unquestionable source?

Hahahaha. Nothing and everything at the same time.

He brings hope, that’s about it. He’s never said anything negative, so the minute he does that’s when I know it’s for sure over.

It stands to reason they did announce the stadium enhancements today... and they're going to need boosters to help with it.

And if true that 85% of boosters want Gruden... you've got to think UT is only going to get the $ if the boosters get their guy in the HC spot. Unless Haslam is going to literally provide every last penny of it.

He did just sell Pilot sooooo he definitely has the cash

For those of you saying this is Haslam’s fault.

Tell me why he would be sabotaging the deal? What’s his motive?

Straight ****ing ego.

Remember the Star Wars movie when the Emperor talks about "all men in power are afraid of losing that power." Haslam stands to lose a lot of power is usurped on the BOT by another member.

I know Ergan is UT alum, but what about Haslam? Is he just about the power he can wield or does he have the best interest on the university at heart? If he is simply power hungry, would welcome a transfer of power among the $$$$ boosters.

If they are contacting coaches, then things should start to leak etc..I know most would keep it tight lipped, but you know how it is someone always slips sumthing or such and such heard this.Just an opinion but seems we should start hearing stuff soon.
