Boro brings good info and is one of the "very few" to watch. He doesn't speak in riddles, nor is he looking for fame. If you don't agree with him, move on to the next comment, but don't chap his backside about it.

I'm not chapping anyone's backside, it's a serious question to be asked.

Because if this is true, BK's parents could sue the AD and Jones and then NO coach would come here. At least nobody worth a crap.

Could you imagine how bad the backlash on this would be? This is a very bad situation that Currie has painted himself in, if the story of Butch being fired already are true.

I can easily see how someone could argue maybe one of the other coaches wouldn't have continued to play the kid.

It's just really bad all around and it's not something we need right now.

Volnation, I'm going to let you in on a secret. When a person claims to have inside information they don't go to a forum and anonymously share it under a screen name. When a person has legit inside information they want credit for that information. Quit sharing the fake insider info. and it will go away.

You have no idea what you've just done.

lmfao, no, no, and then no again. He is not a journalist, nor is he responsible. He's a sports talk radio host who has a blog.

I'm not here to "blow" Clay Travis, I can't listen to him half the time but Find something where he has reported and he has had to backtrack on... you may not like his opinion or style but he is a respected journalist not just a radio host

The fact that Clay wrote this full article on the situation tells me it will get real... while he is a self righteous, opinionated, prick... he is a responsible journalist and typically lets the smoke drift and gets to the heart of the story... not to mention multiple players are big fans and informants to him. I bet this gets more traction.

Responsible journalist? That may be a bit of a stretch

I"m going to let you in on a little secret...

Not if that leak of the BK situation will significantly decrease the amount you will pay for his buyout after its official. You guys are playing checkers while Currie is taking your king. Either that or we have the most inept athletic department in the history of man......which I don't believe.

Currie playing chess analogy? Really? Come on man, you can't tell me that this isn't bad for the AD as a whole.

If Butch truly was fired after UGA and Currie allowed him to continue coaching and then this happened. That's on Currie's head just as much as it's on Butch's.

This is not a freaking checkers/chess analogy time, this is a serious accusation that can cause major problems for the football program and the AD

this may be true for some newer accts. But ppl like boro dto sprngbok lws atl have brought legit info. The travesty is that we have to rely on forum insiders and a bunch of snowflake knox media pundits for any real info. This is what is so infuriating and shows how awful the relationship between fans and administration really is.

Not to give your question, and preconceived notion, any more attention than necessary....but you already answered the question.

The Kendrick situation took place 3 weeks after the decision was made that he wouldn't return next year. This obviously throws a wrench into the lately rumored plan to keep him until the end of the season. We'll see how they adjust. It doesn't change the fact of the result of the booster/ AD meeting after Georgia.

Surely Currie has blisters on his fingers by now. In fact, they have to be bleeding.

How long is he going to play his fiddle during this five-alarm fire?
