Very much holding strong on 100% done on Gruden. This place is volatile after the really tough loss which is why most insiders are not coming around (people will accuse them or go off of the deep end).

UT can’t afford what happens if they reject the Gruden deal. They like to build too many new buildings and construction projects to afford to piss off the people who put this thing together. Also, this time is very very different from 2012 between the players involved and Gruden’s situation.

Here is the only thing...how can a deal that is "100% done" still be rejected by UT? Are you saying that Gruden is totally on board (not signed up), and the ball is in UT's court??
