Gruden makes $7M a year and works 3 days a week. Who in their right mind would take similar pay and work 3 times as much? That's right. No one. The fantasy that some of you have that he's going to be our coach is not healthy.

Actually, he makes 6.5 right now. Really now being the key term. With cuts on the way, he wouldn’t make that. Have noticed the NFL viewer? It’s down. Way down. With sponsorships and his downside at Tennessee, he would be just fine. Plus, he would just hire people to recruit. He would recruit like any other big time coach. Go when he needs to go.

IIRC from an interview with him he's up around 4:30am every morning watching film. He currently works way more than 3 days a week.
