Doesnt need to be merged with the Gruden thread, they tell everyone that is not 100% Gruden to get out. This thread is not in line with their thinking.

I was able to convince myself the team was told about CBJ leaving, and a few players struggled to deal with it. Bad choices resulting in bad consequences.

FTR, I can't imagine how hard it would be for your coach to be fired. I'm not making light of the situation the players are in.
