Rofl. I envision him as having an eye patch, skin like bark, a voice like he's swallowing gravel, and a doo rag that hasn't come off his head in 20 years.

Losing all those nail biters last year brole him. LSU and UNC broke Dooley. Whoever the hell we hire needs a rabbit foot dangling from their sack.

I truly believe that Butch truly believed that his plan was infallible. It would be like losing your faith, losing the trust or confidence in all you hold dear.
It is tough to watch.

He gave a classy interview a couple of days ago on the zone about dealing with the noise and protecting his family. You could tell he knew.

It's astonishing. I honestly feel bad for him. He's made a bunch of money, but this job has cost him some years of his life, undoubtedly.

If I were him, I'd try to get a comfy analyst job and spend the rest of my years with my family.

TJ Carter with two huge turnovers.

They start only 3 seniors on defense (one is a transfer). 5 of their front 7 are sophomores or freshmen with two freshmen at nose tackle. That's on top of losing 4 starters for the year (2 to dismissal). It's what we had to do the last 4 games last year.

I don't hate him. I just think like another poster said it is a better style in the Pac12 or Big 12. Even last year his D gave up 30 or more 6 times. He can coach O there is no doubt.

Houston D gave up 42 in the second half lol....pretty pathetic.


Major Applewhite coaching scared got him beat. 4th and 1 fold up and punt like Ol Butch himself.
