The point was that they've been comparable the past two decades. It's not like we're comparing somewhere like BSU (which has been good for decades) and SMU (which has been garbage for decades). They're pretty comparable jobs.

How about we wait until after the year before we crown Frost for going undefeated? And if he does it won't be as if that program hasn't
Enjoyed elite success before. Just a few years ago to be exact.

BTW, I am not advocating his hire. I just believe he will be a serious candidate when push comes to shove. He wants to be here.

I've never said to crown the dude. You're building a strawman.

My point has been that Frost should be more attractive than Bobo right now because:

1. What they've done record wise as HCs is pretty comparable.
2. Frost's resume as an assistant and player is much more impressive and he's worked under some great football minds.


And FTR, CSU was a 10 win team when Bobo took over. CSU won more games in 2014 than UCF. UCF was very good with Bortles at QB in 2013 though.

Grumors are my favorite thing. I don't care if we get him or not. But I want to know the perspective of as many connected cousins, uncles and secretary's as possible. Anyone with the slightest thread of contact with the Gruden family in any way... get them in here.

We’re going to end up hiring a scrub like Bobo and be right back here in 4-5 years remaining mediocre in the east and Florida will hire Scott Frost and get right back to national prominence for the foreseeable future. It’ll be Florida and GA for the east every year and we’ll remain the joke of the SEC. VQ better be totally lost on these names. Good grief that would be bad

He is not a good guy. He is hated by many, but I can tell you most everyone in Arkansas still wish he was their coach and winning games.

The Titans' game plan under the current staff is basically to pound the rock until they can wear a team down later in the game and start running them over. Means the RBs often have bad stats for 2-3 quarters and get some chunk yards later in the game. Also means that if they can't keep the game close or get a lead early the RBs are gonna finish with a bad stat line.

Calm down lol the other two names were Mullen and Fuente (huge upgrades from Butch).
You can always bet on our local media throwing out a few wtf names during a coaching search.


Plus we don't really know where the VQ guys' heads are at right now.

I would love to see what Shoop could do under a different HC. Actually, I would love to see what the coaches and players could do without Butch. The whole dynamic could change.
