But here's the thing... What else do we have to be excited about right now?

You don't have to believe outright that it WILL happen, you only have to be willing to believe that it COULD happen.

And that my friend is all you need.

You don't even have to believe it could happen, just don't urinate in other people's cheerios who may want to believe.

It's been so miserable on here lately. If people have found something that gives them a little bit of joy or happiness let them have it.

But they're not. Some have evidence that they are better coaches. There are no guarantees, of course. But, there is a pecking order to up and comers and if we have to dip that low, we better get the best one.

Let me clarify that line.

All up and comers are equal in the sense they are a risk. Sure we can use parts of their resume to distinguish but all have a lot of unknowns at the SEC level.

Doubt VQ knows much more than anybody else. It's true, though, that UT would have preferred not to make a coaching change this year. And CBJ would have liked to stay another season for his son to graduate HS here. I think both parties saw value in trying to make that happen. Nobody anticipated this maelstrom.

UT gave CBJ everything he needed to succeed. It's unfathomable how a team with this much talent and experience can be so awful. Nobody in CFB is doing less with more than this staff.

We might be the worst team in the SEC, with top 5 talent in the conference

That was somewhat in jest but also serious. Do what you want to. I don’t want to steer you wrong especially if you’re wanting to take your little one.

I have a couple I would see for less than that. You should wait and probably maybe even buy at the game. Tickets will be available and should not be expensive and if that is 50 bucks per then that may be more than face. I can't go check mine right now without waking up my wife.

Nail on the head here.

Got a feeling Currie had some info put out today to help with negotiation of buyout. 247, VQ, LWS, and Thamel all have come out with items about how Curry prefers not to do this or that unless forced too. Not a coincidence fellas

I can see that. Currie playing chess. Your move, Sexton.

Petrino isn't going to pass vetting. Compliance is a very big thing with UT, after all the Title IX and NCAA scrutiny.
