Larry may say he prefers to keep Butch, but as loud as it's gotten locally and even nationally, we haven't got official word from AD that they have any confidence in Butch.

And Chip Kelly? I seem to remember Derrick Mason wrecking his offense pretty much every year.

I like Scott Frost the best right now

This hire is critical for UT cause Georgia seems to have found a real coach and it is only a matter of time till Florida moves on away from their version of Butch

We've been over Kelly and Mason. One year it was 17-14.

That's the NFL though. Peyton, Brady, and Ryan are great QB's who can't run a lick and play(ed) in modern offenses. He loves studying the game, and he has watched some of the offensive evolution by being an analyst. He has to study it for his current job. I think he gives the program instant credibility. His name recruits itself. All he has to do is develop players, play smart, disciplined football, and the floor with him is 9-3 at UT.

Mason was DC 2 years against Chip’s Oregon teams. Averaged 36 ppg.

Also the same Mason that just gave up an SEC record number of points to Ole Miss 48 hours ago.

Not worried a bit there
