I was there too, I don't agree that he is a horrible coach, but be was horrible at personnel. He got what he wanted after he got RM forced out to bring on his boy Bruce Allen. IMO that was his downfall.

Brohm is way better an Xs and Os coach than Butch. I still do not want Brohm over some of the other guys, but he would definitely be better than Butch is some ways.

TBB - .389 winning percentage since inception.

Gruden - .540 all games. Won 5/9 playoff games

That tells me he is not a bad play caller. You just didn't like his play calling.
