exactly..its a long season though..lets see what happens

I def like Johnson with Palmer and Callaway though. Those three could be really something to see. But like you said getting into SEC play experience is key that's why I went with Smith and Byrd.

Found this interesting -

Doug Matthews just on the radio said he feels we see a completely different defense this weekend. Said we have only run like 4 designed blitzes in each game, playing very conservative to eliminate big plays and injuries. Should be much more aggressive this weekend. Also said Hoke kept a close eye on the Michigan game because he still has a lot of contacts up there, and we should see some similar defensive packages and stunts.

Also said if Jumper starts it'll be a problem. Said he'll be very disappointed.

Maybe Jumper is Shoop's sandbag.

I couldn't count how many times I saw him fly by a possible tackle. I know he is trying to make a tackle, but it felt like he was trying to play tag football.

Austin Smith out again... SMH... He ''tweaked" his knee before the season started, no specific info on the injury itself, and going into FL he's out... slap a medical RS on him I guess...

Hope so, he's balling right now. At this rate he's at 104 yards rushing per game with 4 TDs. I don't see another back playing better than Kelly in the SEC except maybe Guice from LSU.

actually looking at the stats

Guice and John Kelly have the exact same amount of rushing yards and TD's between 2 games.

Florida is ALWAYS better than what I expect.

I hate that about this week.

They raise their game when they play UT, which is expected. Few rivalries out there like UT-Florida. However, breaking the streak needs to give this team confidence. That hanging over their heads was a big mental advantage for UF.

Guice is a beast but it's the pass catching and yards after that is making me put my money on Kelly.

Kelly has been great in the passing game. That's an area I was expecting a drop off. Hope he can keep it up and become a big receiving threat on the wheel route like Hurd was.

Not sure he is worse at tackling in the open field than Abernathy. Arm tackles aren't going to work at this level. Surprised he has not progressed much, if at all, from a pretty good freshman year.

I feel like there's a good chance it will continue. We know we game plan for it and Kelly just seems extremely determined.

I think I remember an Indiana State Sycamore
carrying Jumper on his back for a 4 or 5 yard gain last week.

Skinny jeans for men are the worst fad ever.

I disagree but to each his own. I can't imagine wearing baggy jeans again, but I'm sure they'll come back around.

Ironically, the tightest jeans I ever put on was a pair of bootcut Wranglers with the patch on the back during my youth. How some of the fat dudes I saw wearing those could move was a mystery.

If the skinny jean "fad" goes away, I'll just cut them off and buy a Tebow jersey.
