Definitely have to jump on their heads QUICK.
Get it 17-3 or so.

None of this 3 and out **** early.

Impose our will with Kelly. And turn their garbage offense over . Make that swamp start emptying early 4th quarter

Exactly. Demoralize them early. Get the crowd out of it and leave no doubt. Can't have them gain any confidence.

Agree.. feed our Rbs the ball and set up the PA passes and throw in a few bombs to Callaway and we're good.

UF defense gonna stack the box and force QD to beat them w/ his arm. They're gonna blitz the hell out of us on obvious passing downs so need some quick passes.

I think it's gonna be a boring game. Both teams will probably try to establish the run game early. Really, this game might come down to ball security and special teams. I would tell Trey Smith to go eat, and run it off his behind all game. That kid is extremely aggressive and competitive. He might be the best player on the field Saturday.

And don't stop! Don't get up to that lead and then go conservative! Put them away!

Chandler or Berry opening kick return TD, defense pitches a 3 and out. Callaway 27 yard punt return to the 50, Kelly 4 rushes, 31 yards and a TD, wolf and byrd both with a 10 and a 9 yard catch, respectively. 14-0 with less than 6 minutes off the clock.

We can beat them just running Kelly and RPO's. They'll be so worried about Kelly that our receivers will be open on the slant. We'll have a long TD from big play Callaway also

Well I'd start out by saying that historically, UT is a top ten program. Historically in the SEC, Alabama is a distant number one followed by Tennessee. Now I don't expect Tennessee to win a championship every year, but I do expect them to compete for one every year. In ten years time I expect Tennessee to win 1-2 conference titles. If you win the conference it's pretty much a given that you'll at least be in the national title picture. Which is about on par with what we've been historically. From an eastern division standpoint, I expect Tennessee to win the east at least once every 4-5 years.

Ok. I am not sure that I can totally disagree with that, but the landscape in college football and the SEC has totally changed. You can't just go by historical standards anymore.

When Johnny Majors started at UT, the conference played 6 conference games. Since Majors started (40 years ago), the truly elite period at UT was Fulmer's from 1995-2001. You are talking about 6 years in 40. Fulmer won the East in 2004 and 2007, but those teams had flaws.

I want to win as much as the next person, and we do need to win the East soon. But people throw around "historical standards" these days when they don't really know what that is and how things have changed.

You're overestimating their defensive front 7. They will NEED to stack the box to stop the run. Screen and play action 40%. Run the other 60%. Don't turn ball over.

Find a good western wear store such as Boot Barn. I highly recommend Cinch jeans. A prior poster recommended Ariat jeans. Can't go wrong with either.

Girls may like boys who wear spandex jeans, but women like men in good old fashioned denim jeans.

Our OL isn't good enough for that. And we really don't do slants anyway lol.

I may be wrong, but doesn't Callaway have 5 catches this year and 3 TDs? Impressive, but UT needs to get the ball in his hands at least 10 times Saturday, including punt returns and not including fair catches. I think we dominate behind a huge day by Kelly, like 150 rushing yards and 50 receiving with 3 TDs.

Tennessee 38
Florida 23

I never underestimate UF. Years of seeing better UT teams somehow find a way to lose is the cause of that, esp in the Swamp.

I don't trust QD to consistently hit those slants and quick passes. Pick 6 city right there.

Just want Scott to call a smart game and minimize the possibility of mistakes.

Y'all see the tweet Eric Berry sent out after he got out of surgery today?

Said the surgery went good but the doctor freaked out when he started cutting on him....Berry said he forgot to tell him that he bled orange.

Lol. Classic.
