HBO's "Game of Thrones"

Wow..this war just became a free for all. Anybody that was expecting Dany to just steamroll Certs is going to be extremely dissapointed. Dany just lost her fleet, and it looks like her dragons aren't going to be the unstoppable force they have always seemed to be thanks to Certs new toy, and Euron is a psychopathic badass, and he just evened the odds.

If you didn't think Euron was dangerous. You haven't been paying enough attention. The man killed his brother, his other brothers wife (books not the show), all because he can. He is a more cunning and better fighter than Ramsey ever wished he could become.

Also how big of a disappointment were the sand snakes. They have done nothing but get thrown in jail and die.

Yes I know. Here is a good question nobody is asking...where did he get enough men to man 1000 ships? The Iron Islands have always been sparsely populated, and where did he get enough wood to build 1000 ships? Nitpicking I know.

He was the rightful ruler of the iron islands. And he did already had a fleet with him. Add the rest from the Kings moot.

I don't think that was Dany's entire fleet.

I could be wrong but I assumed that was more of a convoy sent south to have Elleria rally the Dornish army.

I think the main fleet is going towards the Rock. But with Euron in the way. There could be a change of coarse

Euron made one helluva entrance. Theion's decision there was unsurprising but still cringe worthy. Yara was already dead at that point. We know what Cersai's gift is going to be.

Not sure if it was just the director on this one, but I didn't like the over use of the shaky camera effects during the ship battle. GoT has been good about avoiding that up until this point. Hope it's not a trend

The director is returning next week. I hope it's for the last time.

They built em from scratch. His niece and nephew took the original fleet while he was being drowned/coronated. He said afterwards "Build me a thousand ships, and I'll give you the world".

It seemed to me that Theon took the live to fight another day option. There's no way he way going to defeat Euron, free Yara, and break free.

The main fleet carrying the Unsullied and Dothraki left after Euron won the sea battle He's headed back to kingslanding and will not be able to intercept Greyworm and his 9,000 men plus the 200,000 Dothraki.

If Grey Worm is sailing to Casterly Rock why didn't Euron attack them. They had to go the same way that Yara and Theon went. Does Yara not have lookouts who would've noticed 1000 ships approaching.

Does Yara understand this?
The show seems to really favor putting characters into opposite sides of similar situations. I foresee Euron keeping Yara on ice for awhile, her developing Stockholm syndrome, and Theon showing up for a rescue. Basically flipping the script on Yara's mission to free Theon.

A captain who is known to cut the tongues out of his crew just to achieve peace and quiet and who moves in darkness under black sails may be hard to spot until it's too late.

I think you may be right. I thought of that a little earlier this morning, but still Euron is going to be a major PIA for them either way. He basically rules the sea.

Pretty sure they went north and then west by river to Casterly Rock. Yara had to go south to Dorne. If Grey Worm had went south and all they way around Dorne and back north to Casterly Rock, it would take a year to get there or close to it

Umm no..one of the producers said on the aftershow clip that Theon had a meltdown Reekout triggered by everything going on around them..Ramsey like psycho Uncle Euron put the fear on him.
