"He's not a yelling type of guy. He's going to sit with you and just explain it to you and make you go over the corrections. He's not like an up-in-your-face type of guy. It doesn't really matter what type of coach that is to me any way, but I feel like that's a really good coaching way, because not a lot of guys are good at being yelled. If you're a coachable player, you know, that's just amazing. He's a player coach."

"He sits you down and makes you come back to reality and lets you know that everything happens for a reason. He's a big guy on Jesus Christ, so I really respect that. He's a player coach. He's everything Tennessee needs or whatever we need.
"There's nothing better than having a coach that can put the cleats on and run it with you. He can show you something and you have a visual understanding of how he wants it done, when you're supposed to turn your eyes around and when you're supposed to have your feet turned and all the small things, having your hands up and reacting to the ball, all the things that are really small keys."
