Yea, I'm on a mission and just trying to get as much information as I can. I like to know what people like and why. Ultimately, it really doesn't matter if I like something or not.

Mac and Cheese. Never had it from a crock pot before. Ours has always been from one box or another.

However, we've been to several covered dish affairs in our lifetime and there has always been the best, cheesiest macaroni served.

The recipe wendy provided got my taste buds wondering, could this be the one I've tasted so many times at those covered dish get togethers? It's an unknown.

My possible enjoyment of the unknown Mac & Cheese today has been overridden by HBPW's known to be DAMN good chicken and dumplings.
