Last night I cooked a Prime NY Strip, mashed potatoes with a mushroom wine sauce, and asparagus.

Tonight we're having pork chip casserole. Should be interesting.

Flat iron steak on the grill, couscous, corn (from a can, should have been from a jar or on the cob but I ran out of time), naan bread, and a salad. Mostly just spinach leaves and tomatoes.

I am officially on the flat-iron steak bandwagon. I like it better than a rib eye if you have time to prep it.

Lol, I thought the same thing until the last four or five times I have had both...flat iron can be just as tender but obviously requires more work and prep time.

It just has a lot of flavor...I will accept the ban hammer though
