We may live and die with the DL this year. The OL SHOULD be good enough for us to run the ball very effectively assuming Kelly stays healthy. Part of me wonders if we should be like Arkansas and run some clock on offense to take over the game and keep our questionable defense off the field.

Of course that won't happen but just a thought.

Kongbo, Taylor, Phillips, Johnson, Blakeley, Smith, McDaniel, Bembry, and Bumphus. There's potential but it's a very green group.

Yeah potential is there to be very good but VQ is right to label it a question mark due to the unknown and just one injury could really significantly affect that unit unlike the past two years

He's got to beat guys that big this season.

Incorrect.

His Job is to fly off the edge IN SPACE, not line up directly across from someone who outweighs him by 50lbs and hit him straight on trying to drive him backwards... Hopefully someone this size will do well to even get one hand on Kongbo....

Another spring, another boatload of injuries

"More vets were MIA on Tuesday, as Tennessee has opted to shut some guys down the rest of spring."

"We’re not allowed to report on specific injuries, but there’s a noticeable thinning of the herd at practice that’s occurred over the past few weeks. Quarterback and running backs are really two of the only positions that seem to have most of the key players going full speed at every practice."

Better for guys to get injured during camp than during the season. Last year we started with only Hall on the shelf and lost 60% of our starters by the time we played South Carolina.

I'm hoping Rock will make a difference. Hopefully can stay a bit healthier this year
