If I'm hiring an AD for a school as big as UT, I will only hire someone with extensive experience as an AD, not a former football coach with no AD experience. I will always be a Fulmer fan, but he doesn't have the necessary skill set. Because the $$$$ boosters feel they can drive the decision, we get who they want, not what UT needs. Sadly, I see the administration getting this wrong. I would be willing to bet that Blackburn gets a major university AD position within the year. He's that good. And we get good ole Phil.
