"Attys at Dulles with a fed court order entitling them to see detainees told by CBP "it's not going to happen" Federal Judge is threatening to hold DHS and Custom and Border in contempt of court and send in U.S. Marshals to arrest anyone who is violating the stay order."

It by no means surprises me, but it does certainly alarm me the extent to which your camp continues to glibly mock criticism of Bannon's self-admission as a Leninist.

Admittedly, as I've always said, criticism of Trump and his faction as Nazis or fascists is misguided. Real fascists, who hardly exists anymore, would lock men like Trump, Bannon, and Flynn up and throw away the key, merely on the grounds of being "gay communists."

If the WH does attempt another EO with this nonsense Miller told the press about, regarding checking all foreign visitors' cell phones, contacts, etc., watch Bannon and Flynn very closely.

It will mean they are about to make their first serious move and/or power grab, and will be using that huge smokescreen as cover.

This will play out very well in the Supreme Court. This statement by Giuliani could become very problematic for the Trump in litigation over intent/pretext of executive order.

Going against American values and potentially butting heads with the Constitution every step of the way is exactly what his fake American nationalist rear always said he would do. Given his record, going beyond what he presided over at Breitbart, and given his public comments, there is no doubt in my mind that he once told that reporter exactly what was reported by said reporter.

Further, he's had roughly six months or so to dispute the claim, and I am unaware of any such attempt, probably because he actually said it and that's the way he actually thinks and doesn't even mind you or me knowing it.

When you spend months on the campaign trail whipping ISIS up into an existential threat to America's survival (even though it's not), you've got to do something about it once you're in office.
