Immigration Ban

The facts don't support that ridiculous headline. Not surprising coming from the Daily Beast

She isn't necessarily talking just about the order; she's talking largely about the actions of the Border Patrol (Executive) in light of the rulings of the Judicial.

Whether or not she's correct about it being his "first" constitutional crisis, rest assured, it's coming, unless you were living under a rock for the first week of the Trump presidency and the entirety of his campaign and electorship.

I don't care either way. I've taken a sit back and see approach with Trump. I like how he isn't beholden to any special interests. Not taking the salary. It really frees him up to make the tough calls.

But the collective aneurysm from the right had this been Obama would have been loud and theatric. This is why he should have set up his business in a blind trust and released tax returns even though he wasn't legally required to do so. Even the appearance of impropriety isn't good, independent of whether it is actually there or not. These questions will get raised continually otherwise.

Obama did do it. In 2011 with Iraq. Don't remember a whole lot of lawsuits and protests then...

Wait... are we becoming victims of fake news here? Seems like Trump's executive order targets receiving "refugees" from these countries... not valid visa holders...

The facts doing come anywhere close to establishing that the BP are defying orders. And a senator has no authority here

Do not question Dear Leader!
Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. the authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

At least six out of the seven countries targeted by President Donald Trump’s latest executive order have entry policies that discriminate against Israel.

Of that group, Iran, Syria, Libya, Yemen, and Sudan refuse entry to foreign travelers holding passports or travel documents indicating that they have been to or are affiliated in some way with Israel.

Huh? Why would the media and Soros-funded shills want to whip people into a hysteria?

No fan of the American Revolution, I take it.

Propaganda Minister Spicer is claiming that an "imminent threat" prevented the White House from accommodating all the travelers yesterday, already granted access only to be denied.

This "imminent threat," however, evidently did not warrant informing agencies responsible for handling this issue, in the White House's astute assessment of national security threats.

They did not inform DOJ, DHS, or DoD of any immanent threat and nor was congress so as you can see they are just pulling things out of their asses.
