When I played and the refs called those phantom fouls on breakaways, I would tell the refs that I was going to earn the next one and you better have a paramedic close by.

You were smarter than me then. I got more than my fair share of technical's called on me but they were always retaliatory fouls for ish that had been done to me.

I turned the BB game off earlier to watch my beloved Predators.

They were in a review of a good goal for the Preds.

The Head linesman reviews the goal and makes the statement "no goal due to intent to blow the whistle".

This whole state is cursed

I got a tech then got a second one when I threw a chair on the court. Principals office for entire team next day. Guy swung at me with his fist as I brought the ball up and I jumped back and yelled at ref that he just swung at me. They played dirty like that all game.

Ref said shut up and play basketball. I said why don't you shut up and start calling the game.
Good times.

Most official dealt with would listen if you spoke reasonably. Most played ball. I told them many times that if they were going to call that the next time I was going to get my money's worth. They knew exactly what I meant. I got Teed up my fair share too.

Lol. I got thrown out of an intramural game at UT. Refs were our peers and didn't care to be there.

There is an insane amount of baseball talent in this state, and I can speak first hand of it in the Tri-cities area. There is no reason baseball shouldn't be great at UT.
