Barnett to the NFL

I couldn't disagree more. Love Sutton and AK but I see them as fringe starters in the nfl. Barnett could be a 10+ sack guy every year in the nfl. His strength is under estimated. He can run around or threw ot's. He has abused the best tackles in the sec for 3 years. You realize these guys he is abusing go to the nfl right?

The OT position is down right now in college football. There really isn't one elite LT prospect in all of college football the last 3 years let alone the SEC.

Cam Sutton is Darrelle Revis 2.0 and Alvin Kamara is Marshall Faulk 2.0. They are Hall of Fame talents.

Garrett is the no-brainer #1 pick.

He might be talent wise. But if he is so gifted and laid back some NFL scouts will lower his grade some. Maybe not enough to be the first pick. Also depends on how smart Cleveland is. Personally they need pass protection more than pass rush help. They are all-time bad on O-Line. They should take best offensive lineman. That however doesn't get the headlines so will be Garrett most likely.

Yes. And really its not even close. Myles Garrett is bigger, faster, and stronger.

Guys collegiate production doesn't always lend to pro production. Just because Derek Barnett had more success in college doesn't mean he'll be the better pro.

Myles Garrett is Bruce Smith 2.0. Same body type. Same skillset. Myles Garrett has Hall of Fame potential. Derek Barnett doesn't. IMO Garrett is the no-brainer #1 pick. And quite frankly the best pro prospect to enter the NFL since Andrew Luck in 2012.

On paper and in his skivvies, Garrett sure looks like the real deal. Problem is, there's more to football that having low body fat, a good vertical and a strong bench press. At some point, you gotta go play and make impact on games.....Myles Garrett has done very little of that at the collegiate level unless he's playing a weak out of conference patsy. The intangibles will make the difference for Barnett at the next level. You're surely right, for once (literally) that Garrett will be drafted before Barnett because scouts and Gms can't get past what the two look like in their respective uniforms. But the GM who chooses Barnett, despite his love handles, will be getting the better NFL player imo.

Cam Robinson is on TV right now. He is very elite.

Good for him and other Vols going Pro. A lot of NFL talent leaving the roster for next year. We all new it that's why the crappy losses last year and this year were terrible for moving up the SEC ladder. GoVols, hope kids step up.

Cam Sutton has the most HOF potential on this team. He'll be a Darrelle Revis type of player in the NFL.

Alvin Kamara will be a Marshall Faulk type player.

Derek Barnett will be like Charles Johnson (Panthers) and Michael Bennett (Seahawks) on the next level. Good player but not great. And definitely nowhere close to the Hall of Fame.

Good lord, [byour love affair with Alvin Kamara is ridiculous. HOF potential?!? [/b]Lololol...king of hyperbole strikes again. Cam Sutton will be an above average DB.

Barnett has the best chance to have an All-Pro type career of the three, but will be very scheme dependent. He needs to be a 4-3 DE, not a 3-4 end or OLB.

Kamara has the best balance I've ever seen from a RB. His first step explosion through the hole is phenomenal. He's also an incredible pass catcher. He could probably play slot receiver in the NFL if he wanted. His skill set is made for the modern NFL. I think he has multiple 1000 yard rushing and 1000 yard receiving seasons.

Alvin Kamara = Marshall Faulk

Why is everyone <insert HOFer> 2.0 to you? Do you not realize how little credibility you have when every player you critique is the next HOF player? You really believe this Tennessee football team had 2 or more future Hall of Fame players on it? You are unreal.

Based off your post you are fairly young.

Lol. What about Hurd? Remind us again about Hurd....

He made some foolish decisions. If he had kept his mouth shut and just finished the season he would also have been a first or second round pick. And he would have had a pro bowl NFL career.

Sutton's stock has dropped a good bit since his sophomore season due to injury and just average to slightly above average play. He's not long, has very good, but not great speed and hasn't shown to be a lockdown corner at the collegiate level. I think he'll go 3rd-4th round or so and wind up being a good, solid CB for someone for maybe a decade barring injury. But there's just no way to project him as a future HOFer based on what he's shown at Tennessee.

You need to watch closer then.

Cam Sutton is the next Darrelle Revis. He will be the CB all other corners are compared to for the next 10 years.

I'm more confident about him than anyone else on our roster. He's a lock to be a great NFL player.

Didn't realize we had so many NFL MVP's, perennial pro-bowlers, and HOF's.

Now I'm really disappointed about this season.

For the record, D4H was just about right on Dobbs' year end numbers.

I projected Dobbs to have 3200 passing yards, 800 rushing yards, and 42 total TDs in the preseason.

He finished with 2900 passing yards, 800 rushing yards, and 40 total TDs.

So I was just about on the money. But don't expect KBVol to acknowledge that. I remember him saying Dobbs wouldn't get close to those numbers all off-season.

I do. And that is why Butch Jones should be fired. He's squandered great talent.
