You do realize that Callahan got to the Super Bowl with his players? Nothing is guaranteed, but I bet he would assemble a terrific recruiting staff and be very successful.

I remember ***hs! You had to drive down a lot of gravel roads to get to it it sat on a big pond in the middle of nowhere. Great stuff its why I seek the good catfish today!

What are the differences?

My Mamaw ruined me on catfish, so I'm a touch picky. I've only found a couple of places close to hers.

He got fired from TB after two straight 9-7 seasons with a SB ring, 3 playoff appearances and another 11 win season in 8 years. Just what has TB accomplished since him? One 10 win season and not even .500 until this year. He had them playing at a sustained level they never knew then or now. The facilities were laughable during his time there - would never be allowed by the NFL today.

He would kill it at UT. But I doubt it ever happens. They had their shot and blew it.

As Newt described it - white flaky, with light breading and less greasy. Usually some cornmeal in it and cooked in peanut oil. Mississippi's best IMO is gutted whole fish, bone in. You have to take your time and be careful of the bones, but the flavor is a pure delicacy. :)
