The Problem of Whiteness

Not surprising. When you are inundated with white supremacist propaganda ignorant stuff like this come out.

FYI the university at Timbuktu is older than Oxford University (the oldest university in Europe). So this idea that white people are necessary for the existence of universities is another white supremacist lie. Black people have had institutions of higher learning for longer than any white people.

And in fact if not for the Moors that ruled Spain and brought civilization back to Europe, white people would still be in the dark ages. So you can thank black Africans for bringing you the first European universities.

And in case you were wondering here is Dennis Hopper to remind you that the Moors were black. https://youtu.be/trBxPFLq__g

What's Timbuktu's football team ranked? They make a bowl this year?

FYI the democratic and republican party haven't always been progressive or conservative. They've changed idelogies quite a few times. In the 1850s the republicans were actually the progressive party while the democrats were conservative.

Remember the term "conservative" means to conserve, to keep things the same, to follow tradition. While "progressive" means to progress, to move forward. To suggest the party that was fighting to keep the tradition of slavery (the democrats) were the "progressive" party and the party looking to end the tradition of slavery (the republicans) were the "conservative" party is laughable. Its obvious that at that time the conservative thing was to continue the tradition of slavery while the progressive thing was to move beyond it. To "progress".

Same thing happened during the civil rights movement. The parties flipped. The south used to be democrat and the north republican. After the democrats supported the civil rights bill, white southerners became overwhelmingly republican while the northerners became democrat. And thus the parties shifted with the republicans becoming more conservative and the democrats becoming more progressive.

If you have any questions just look how black people voted. After Lincoln they voted republican because that was the progressive party. Then the democrats supported civil rights while republicans opposed it so black folks became democrat.

We typically vote for the progressive party because we got nothing to conserve cause America hasn't been good to us in the past.

Progressive policies destroy black communities. Because incentivizing poverty harms those in poverty the most.

Another example would be black college drop out rates and their increase due to progressive policies that force colleges to accept students who are incapabale of succeeding. You take young men and women who would've perfectly successful in a state institute and put them in an Ivy League school instead. Them complain that it's due to racism when it doesn't work out

I thought Sharpton said his peeps were teaching astronomy, mathematics and building pyramids while our ancestors were still in caves..😂

I don't know why you are laughing. That is what your ancestors (the Ancient Greeks) said.

The Ancient Greeks said they owed all their knowledge of science and math to the Ancient Egyptians who they described as black.

In fact there is a famous quote from the most famous Greek historian Herodotus where he described the Ancient Egyptians as having "BLACK SKIN and WOOLY HAIR".

Argue with the Ancient Greeks. Not me.

The better question is where would blacks be without welfare. My bet: race relations would be better than ever for several reasons. Black people would have better economic mobility as a group. Housing projects wouldn't exist, and that in conjunction with a more economically mobile black population, would lead to more diversity in suburbs and nice neighborhoods and fewer "bad parts of town". Simply put, welfare is the plantation. Quit voting for more of it.

We make poverty and single parent homes financially advantageous, you get more poverty and single parent homes. Idk why libs can't figure that out

Hilarious. The Arabs gave that to Africa via conquest. Where did the Arabs get their inspiration and foundational knowledge?

You believe slavery and denying people rights based on gender or ethnicity is a conservative idea? You need to learn some history. It was the progressives promoting these things. They're the ones who wanted government involved in your life (telling you who could and could not vote, enforcing slavery). They were also huge advocates of eugenics

I think you need to look up the definition of the word "conservative" and the word "progressive" rather than just regurgitating Glenn Beck's talking points.

True conservatives don't force their views on anyone because they believe in limited government. It's liberals who are arrogant enough to believe they are right about everything and therefor should force their will on the people.

As for your belief that black people were helped by welfare, you should really do some research. Here's a great place to start.

https://youtu.be/lm-FqtAOSB8

When you subsidize something you get more of it. When you subsidize poverty, you get more poverty. Welfare has destroyed black communities by making failure beneficial.

Dude no one cares about what you believe is a true conservative or not.

The reality is this. The people who most strongly identify as republican today (white southerners) were democrats before the civil rights act passed.

If you can tell me why they switched parties I'll tell you what a conservative is.

They switched because the Democratic Party no longer represented the values of the working class. They voted for Carter and the first Clinton......the one from the South .

Liberal or conservative. Doesn't matter.

The problem is white supremacy.

Negative. The problem is the welfare state that incentivizes black failure. Liberal policies have 100% failed the black community. Yet you continue to cling to them because you've been taught that all conservatives are racist.

I switched parties because of Jimmy Carter & his dumbass liberal policies in foreign & domestic affairs.

Something you and I agree on 100%.

:)

I know. We haven't had slaves either. My point was that some of the most intolerant people that I personally know are very liberal. Which to me is contradictory.

So you intentionally libel the guy and it's OK because you think he's a hypocrite. Not a way to sell your cause.
