I had heard earlier this week that Butch wanted out. Didn't want to believe it but is usually reliable. I think tonight proved it to be accurate. He doesn't want to be here anymore. If he stays without a change of attitude then it will be toxic. He either needs to commit to trying to get this right or just leave. One foot out the door doesn't work for anyone. Just do us a favor and take another job Butch.

This team was just a hair from +or- 2 wins this season. Either one would have made the path forward far more clear. We're sort of in coaching change limbo, now.
