I'm stoked we beat Georgia, and I think the better team won. But to call a hail Mary play anything other than lucky is just dumb. It's a lot different than a receiver catching a TD on a designed route where (Foreman) plays awful defense.
These aren't luck.
We put in a special kick off team/formation to bait them into kicking it to Berry. That's coaching.
Dobbs throwing the ball into the endzone isn't luck. That's not exactly splitting the atom. He threw the ball to a designated spot.
Jennings fighting for the ball is luck? Please. The guy always fights for the ball.
Bobbling is luck? Pretty clean catch for a hail mary grab draped with defenders.
If they get him they will have 4 of the top 5 OLBs this class.
Thankfully he still has a visit set up to OSU which is who people had long considered the favorite.
I may get crucified for this, but after considering it I feel it should be said, so I'm rolling with that conviction. If you disagree, let her rip, sticks, stones and whatnot.Man that's slang for a lighter complexion brother. The guys that we call that laugh it off. There's no where near racism involved with the comment at all.
Well, according to some experts in here, the Hail Mary is 100% with Jennings on the receiving end. Hell, I don't know why we don't throw it every time we get near the 50. He could have somewhere near 50 TD's by now. Didn't you know he's two for two this year. One on offense and one on defense. I just don't understand why he only plays offense. He is a guaranteed NFL first round safety right now. I just wish some of the guys with all this knowledge would let our coaching staff know about his talents. :salute::salute::salute:
