Thanks! Highly recommend. Steve Earle's song lyrics match up really well. A lot of beautiful Vol history in this one.

He was very connected at one time under Fulmer. I think he still has some connections, but some of his opinions the last few years have been off. He likes to hedge.

I'll take it Butch's way. He suffered an injury to the lower extremity and he had to sit. He is back at practice and is full go.

Edit: Oh yeah. And Kamara can make all the plays.

The LWS theory really makes more sense than anything else. His lower extremity injury didn't slow him down from being one of the first on the pile in the end zone at the end of the game, and I seriously doubt the coaches left him with his helmet on the sideline and let him play on the final kickoff return with a concussion.

Since Tennessee is 2-0 against the aggies, regardless of the outcome, Tennessee will still lead the series...but I really enjoy telling aggies that Tennessee has never lost to them in football.
3-0 would be really really good...

Guys, this is simple. Hurd got hot headed on the sideline, Butch kicked him in the nuts and he suffered a "lower extremity" injury. That's the way Butch rolls.

In all seriousness, I've heard he was benched for attitude issues. Idk

This is one of those situations where I think Hubbs is definitely acting as a mouthpiece for the AD.

Hurd wasn't banged up. He pissed off the coaches for something or another and the put him in his place.

Thought it was another kid. Did a wrestling pose after showing him the score. Was so good.

I'm glad there wasn't a camera on at my house.

I'm going to ride with those two. Lurked long enough to know lws is solid, but sometimes I think he slings around horsesplat he hears from the old boy boosters.

There were multiple sideline reports as well and not one mention of any altercation. LWS should be more responsible since so many hang on his word.

Why would he get mouthy and need a butt chewing after making a huge play literally an entire quarters worth of game time and a half time stoppage later? It was literally over an hour in real time between the incidents.

That's easy. Coach comes at him and says that's how you finish a play and he didn't like it


Either way if he was benched for getting mouthy in a game like that shame on the coaches. Way to much at stake for a coach to be prideful. Things like that happen in the heat of the moment all the time in athletics.
