'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

while all of east Tennessee, recruits and the country were watching or partying with the Vols, Tee Higgins wasn't invited. He has to watch this up close without inclusion. If he didn't commit yet, he would have been at the game.

that is a him problem.

If it's true we didn't invite him to visit, that would be dumb. Why wouldn't we want to poach an elite commit from another school? Don't we host other commits all the time? If he accepts an offer to visit that's Clemson's problem. I doubt other schools are giving up on our commits.

You also dont know how the commitment went down either, and where the relationship stands. None of us do.

Dear Tee, if Dabo has you convinced that UT doesn't throw the ball to WRs, watch how we scored 28 points in 5 minutes. You'd have gotten rich yesterday.

Dear Tee

Don't care.

Love?
the smart Vol fans

This is what I'm referring to as a problem. Hasn't he been a life long fan? That has to hurt. Clemson could be a business decision to him but the heart has to be affected by being ignored by the community and now your favorite teams success. It doesn't disappear overnight.

if he was never a fan then there is no problem.

Like I said we don't know how he feels or why he wants to go to Clemson so why sweat it?

Why would it hurt if he wants to go to a different school? Still don't see the "problem."

You're viewing the word problem more harshly than I am. It ain't that big a deal. Just a minor observation, newt.

He can't have his cake and eat it too. Decision has been made. Time for everyone to move on

Just for arguments sake. Let's say Louisville beats Clemson and Clemson doesn't make it to the ACC championship game. UT wins the SEC championship game. Dobbs has 4000 yards passing on season and our WRs look like world beaters. I wonder if he would reconsider. As much as everyone has written him off, I believe most would be ecstatic if he flipped on NSD. I know I would be. A lot of hypotheticals there, but it could happen.

4,000 is too far of a stretch. He's on pace for 2,400 passing in 12 games

I agree, but that's why I said hypothetical. However, if he plays the remainder of the games like he did against UF (300 per game) then he could end up with 3200 easily. I guess 4000 is too far of a stretch.
