He called out Coleman Thomas, Dylan Wiesman, and Brett Kendrick for poor effort and toughness. I know Chance Hall would be starting if he wasn't hurt. I have a question for the insiders, do we have 3 other guys on the team right now that can get it done on the Oline in the SEC?

O lines must gel, work together to be effective. With Hall injured, how long has the current group been working together?

Yep. But with that being said, there were a few o-linemen who got blown up by 250 lb linemen. That's not because of them not working together.

This has always been our weakness. Dobbs threat to pull the ball and run on the read option is the only thing that has masked it.

When we don't utilize the threat of the run like last week, then our o-line gets exposed.

The most humorous thing in all this is the people that want Dormady inserted. I guess they have little regard for that kids well-being if they want him to play behind this o-line without amazing scrambling abilities.

I know very little about Oline play but, it was said last year that Jack Jones had a nasty streak in him. That sounds like a good thing. Maybe doesn't play his very best until you put him on the field against an opponent and then piss him off just a little. Don't know that's an answer but, anything would help at this point.

There wasn't a lot of "blown up" that happened. It was more going around. Still no excuse however.

It happened a couple of times. Might not have been a lot but when you outweigh someone lining up in front of you by 50+ lbs and you end up on your ass twice, that's two times too many.

Greg McElroy is just another ESPN p*ss ant. Who cares what he says? I don't hear them saying anything about Georgia's questionable defense this season.

Shouldn't happen but it does to all linemen due to bad leverage, speed etc. The biggest issue with line play against App St was them not adjusting to the quickness. Our line was getting little more than chip blocks way too often. That was very aggravating to watch.

Those 3 guys have been here for the last 3 years. I understand and agree with your point in general, but jelling wasnt really the problem last week. They were just whiffing on blocks and it honestly looked like an effort and focus issue. They were thoroughly whipped by far smaller, less talented players. McElroy was right to call them out and I think he's actually doing us a favor by doing so.

I don't know if you have the SEC network or not, but he broke it down on video. The video don't lie, he was right. I don't care who puts it out there. If Peyton Manning said the Oline payed great against appy st., he would be a liar.

I personally think if Coleman Thomas ankle is that bad he needs to rest it meaning sit out and let someone else handle duties while he heals. We need the O-Line at optimum for Florida.

They played sloppy and there's really no way to spin that.
At the moment, I'm focused on the next game. Do they recover or are we in serious trouble.

I agree. If those guys can't get it done, or we don't have 3 guys behind them that can. We will lose alot of ballgames.
