How is it bulletin board material when he and his players are the only ones talking about any of it? UT's coaches and players have done zero to provoke any of it.

When I see comments like this from another coach it tells me all I need to know about our team. Mac and his players have a real hard on for us and I'm not sure why considering they've won 11 in a row. Don't hear other coaches like Saban yapping their gums about us.

Our guys have circled them as well. They had all better hope they bring their A games, cause things could get ugly this year if they don't.

with butch taking over the SEC east this year, how long will florida fans put up with mcelwain?? he is being paid huge money to win titles, not go to minor bowls and get blown out!

Possibly, or, it could be that UF has won 11 in a row, won the SEC east last year, 10 games, have a great coaching staff and have some dang good players returning, and are just tired of yet another year of the preseason mantra saying they can't possibly beat UT in a million years.

Maybe Florida has the unmitigated gall to actually think they can beat UT? Can you blame them?

Y'all sure are putting some pressure on Butch. If Mac loses to UT, eh, law of averages says it was gonna happen eventually, Florida wins 9 or 10 games and keeps building. But if Butch loses to UF for the 4th straight year, uh oh!! How long will UT fans put up with his inability to beat Florida?

Butch Jones doesn't need VolNation to remind him that there is indeed pressure on him to beat Florida this year. He knows that. You can't go year after year losing to your main rivals. That rings true for pretty much every P5 program with winning expectations. If we lose to Florida this year, this forum will be a train wreck, and I'm going to guess it's going to be hard for the players to regroup by the following Saturday to face Georgia.

I thought McElwain was a good hire for UF. After last year's game, I found his comment, "Florida doesn't lose to Tennessee" lacked class. If he continues to talk smack, he reveals a character flaw. Pity. CFB should be about character, and, if the leader of the program lacks character, well...
