Don't think for me, I'll do that myself thanks. Ranked in top 15 is recruiting rankings is not a joke. For joke, see Vandy right now...

Assuming 4 or 5 of the 3 starts turn to 4 stars and we have 10 wins, our class will finish top 10. It's a long process

I don't think our 2017 class is a joke, but it would be hard to argue that it isn't very "meh", especially when compared to our last couple classes.

I love Dobbs and think he will be great for us this year. But I do not think he's an NFL player. Like, at all.

But you are right that this roster has lots of NFL talent. A number of players will have lengthy NFL careers.

:lolabove: As a true freshman, he was blowing up the OT from Iowa that was a top 5 pick. It takes 2 and 3 guys to block him, and you think he will be a NFL bust? You've said plenty of stupid stuff on here, but this might be the dumbest thing you've posted. Smh

"Most draft prognosticators don't watch film". Now you know that he's doing schtick...or had a mental breakdown. :)

One last bit of fun with the big fake. His schtick of fake draft expertise will come to a head in this next draft. As his declaration of Marquez North as an "at worst a fourth round pick" was officially a fail, his half-ass mea culpa included the caveat of NFL decision makers "not being as smart" as he. With that being very apparent in his FIRST failure as a NFL Mock guru, when we have more candidates why would they suddenly gain wisdom from last year? It's a weak point in his projections (redundant). As long as the NFL powers that be remain dumber than him, his projections are doomed.

I have met Dobbs and he's a great person, very well spoken, polite, great representative of the university of Tennessee. IMO, Dobbs is not a NFL QB. He's not even a great college QB yet and d4h says he's a top 5 pick.... unbelievable. He has a chance to make himself great, but from everything I've seen in the past few years and from what I've seen of NFL QBs, Dobbs doesn't appear to be a future hof in the NFL. Pump the brakes d4h, your putting a lot of unnecessary expectations on dobbs for some of Tennessee's crazy fans to ***** about if he doesn't play like the top pick in the draft. I hope he does, but just don't see it.

Attrition trition...what's that frictionnnn?...:whistling:

He may not be but if he leads Tennessee to the playoff he will get a huge draft bump as long as he tests well. This time last year would you have said Wentz and Goff could be good enough to be the first two picks? If NFL teams need a QB they'll do desperate things

"This past March, Ledbetter was arrested on two misdemeanor charges related to trying to get into a club with a fake ID and underage possession of alcohol. But the district attorney declined to press the charges because he wasn’t sure he could make the evidence stand up in court."

Yep. Nothing like those elected DAs assessing misdemeanor alcohol charges and deciding they can't move forward because it would be too hard to subpoena the door guy at the local club or the cop who busted him with a drink.

This hands on reasoning happens all the time with "regular people."

Coach Matthews was going great this morning until he discussed the "switch"'from a 4-3 to a 4-2-5. We've debated on here whether he will employ the 4-3 more as he's done at his previous stops, but in any case Jancek DID utilize the 4-2-5...practically exclusively...so there is either a switch FROM the 4-2-5 or none at all.

Yeah I feel like it's not much of a difference from what we have been doing. Mostly all the time we have 5 DB's on the field

Goff was already there and Wentz was already getting 1st round buzz.
