2016 Election Thread Part Deux

Still missed any reference to a RICO investigation. Are you referring to the investigation by the NY AG who at the time he was investigating Trump U he was also soliciting donations from Trumps daughter?

Oh and BTW RICO is a federal statute.

Third paragraph under the heading more than a tough business man

You seem to not understand the difference here. My candidate has never used it, and believes the free market can find a way not to. Your candidate believes it should be used by private businesses. There's a major difference there.

Your candidate has laid out additional freedoms he'd also like to take away as well.

So your argument is: "sure, my candidate will take away even more freedom from you, but what will yours do to increase your freedom?"

That's a damn sad argument.

In what universe do we agree? lol

Well said. :hi:

I agree with you on the 2 parties being terrible but he will not win one state, he will come in 3rd in every state. If there is ever going to be a legitimate 3rd candidate they have to find someone other than Johnson.
Also I kinda see Trump as a 3rd party candidate

Agreed. The Nationalist/Fascist party

fyp... :)

Johnson may not be the perfect candidate, but I think he's a valid one. And I'm finally to the point that I refuse to hold my nose and pull the lever for a bad candidate in fear that it will result in a worse candidate. Both party candidates this cycle are so bad that there really isn't a big difference between bad/worse.

We'll see how much of a minority my thinking is. But in any event, as far as I see it... Hillary... Trump... Either way, we're hosed.

I agree these are 2 of the worst candidates we have ever seen, following probably the worst president we have ever had. As of right now I'm not voting at all, the 2 things that have me somewhat considering Trump are: Scalia's open seat and the left wing thugs creating chaos and being violent and Trumps rallies.

I see that now and thanks, but it's still only references the civil case. No mention of a criminal RICO investigation.

Sure, that's why it helps to bride attorney generals. To prevent criminal charges from happening. But I think we will see charges on that soon enough too

Nothing's come of it. From Whitewater to etc., it's just noise nothing substantial. Even this email thing seems likely to pass with nothing more than an accusation of poor IT management.

I honestly don't get why the right seems to have singled her out more than other members of the Democrats. Perhaps, this goes back to her testimony against St. Dick Nixon? Not sure.

Nothing comes of it...lol

When the same names keep popping up time after time and time again for things that are scandalous in nature, one has to start to wonder whether or not the issues have any merit. Unless, of course, those individuals are brainwashed partisan hacks that have zero thinking skills for themselves and their chosen one can do no evil.

Oh, this is funny...

Clinton, Warren to huddle after endorsement, stoking VP speculation | Fox News

Hillary Clinton is set to huddle with liberal icon Elizabeth Warren in Washington Friday morning, stoking already-burning speculation about the possibility of an all-female Democratic ticket – and one pulled markedly to the left.

Two Democratic sources confirmed the sit-down to Fox News. The Massachusetts senator, who at one time was under pressure from progressive groups to run herself, is set to meet with the now-presumptive nominee at her Washington, D.C., home.

The meeting comes after Warren on Thursday threw her support behind Clinton, following President Obama in sending a signal to progressive voters now backing Bernie Sanders that it's time to unite around the presumptive nominee.

Geezus.

This thread has devolved into debating which presidential candidates RICO charges are worse.

The end is nigh.

I want to see this just to watch the meltdown on the right, or a Clinton/Sanders ticket. Conversely, I'd love to see Trump pick Palin or Bachman just to watch the left collectively lose their minds.

No we won't. Same reason we will not see Hillary charged, too many other people will go down with their ships.

You're supporting someone and don't follow their policies?

Before you call out other people about their candidate, you should do your own homework on your candidate.

I'd wager that the vast majority of Trump supporters don't know what Trumps policy's are. The remainder don't know either because Trump doesn't have policies.

You left the door wide open for that one bro.

Supporters of both candidates fit this description.

If GJ supports 100% open borders or not, is not the most important policy for me. Just like I couldn't tell you anything about his record on abortion. I think he's pro choice, but I really don't give a ****
