Tennessee is one of the Top College Football Programs in the country. Now where would he go if he decided to leave? He's put in so much hard work and dedication to rebuilding this mess that Dooley left him. I'll admit, he's not the best coach in the country but I would say he's probably the most hard working coach that we've had in a very long time. His passion for Tennessee, the obsession of his winning mentality in the SEC is hard to come by these days. If he could learn just to play to win instead of playing not to lose, he'll be an really successful coach in the SEC. Right now, Butch was meant to be the Head Coach at the University of Tennessee. He has no reason to leave his "Dream Job" unless he pulls an Lane Kiffin out of the blue but I think Butch has more respect for us than that. O.P. to answer your question, I don't think you have nothing to worry about.
