He's had accuracy. Its about consistency for him. And getting some receivers that can get separation and an o-line that can pass protect.
All 3 happen in 2016 and we go 15-0.
Find me the source saying otherwise. Thanks
You actually took the time to look all that up, I'm impressed. Here are 5 mock drafts from some of the biggest sports media outlets (like ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and the Sporting News) following the 2014 season and before the start of the 2015 season.

In no mock draft were Carson Wentz or Paxton Lynch mentioned. 4 other QBs were

i agree with your last part, but Lynch and Wetnz were not unheard of, even though I bought hey were higher in the boards in 14.No. I follow the draft closely. I've actually been more of a NFL can most of my life than college football fan.
I never heard the names Wentz and Lynch before this year. RG3 and Tannehill were likewise not major prospects before the 2011 season.
The idea of going from fringe draft prospect to high first rounder in a single year is not unheard of.
It literally happens EVERY year.
Lynch and Wentz were both in the top 5 of projected 2016 QBs at the end of 2014
1st round: Dobbs, Hurd, Sutton, and Barnett
2nd round: Kamara, Malone
3rd round: JRM
Ethan Wolf and Justin Martin could also go in the 1st-2nd round if they decide to come out.

That would be record for UT in the 1st round.. Tall order... Karmara is a 2nd.. Unlikely... He would have been luckily to be. 5th or 6th round this year
I think you're mistaken on the meaning of accuracy. If Dobbs were accurate, then he would have consistently hit his targets. Someone can be consistently inaccurate. So, the fact that Dobbs was up and down means he was neither accurate nor consistent.
As to your second point. We don't need Superman Dobbs to emerge to be a playoff threat. We have enough weapons everywhere. We need him to be a smart, game-manager who makes some big plays here and there without many costly errors. He's more than capable of that. Improving his accuracy will be icing on the cake.
I guess this is how I would phrase it. "Josh has shown the ability to throw the ball accurately at times. He just need to become more consistent.
We might be arguing simply about semantics.

When you guys say he can't throw the ball accurately, I say what about the Kentucky and South Carolina games this year? What about our tremendous third down conversion percentage?
There are times he's incredibly accurate. And there are times he's not. I guess my difference with you guys is I don't ignore his good passes. And I have faith he'll cut down on the bad ones.
So D4H, would you put Josh Dobbs ahead of Watson, Kaaya, Kelly and Mayfield?
To continue to pump Dobbs as a first rounder is so astoundily stupid I wonder if you have so sort of mental tick concerning him.
NFL teams reached at RG3 who is a much better passer and demostrated it in college with his numbers which dwarf Dobbs stats.
If you think they are going to take another read option quarterback who throws screens and swing passes 75% of the time in the 1st round you're out of your ever lovin mind. :hi:

I get your feelings towards D4H, but to say the idea of Dobbs going in the 1st Round is astoundingly stupid, that's not only out of line but incorrect. He would need a monster year and I've got no reservations in saying I expect a monster of a year from team #120.
Jump higher Vols.
