I posted this earlier but the law says a women can change her mind at anytime

Perhaps allowing such info into evidence might prejudice the jury and what she wanted hours before is irrelevant?

The "Press" has learned they can pretty much say whatever the want. True, untrue, made up it makes no difference. No one holds them accountable and if someone does they hide behind the same Constitution who's rights they wish to deny other Americans.

if there were conversation after the alleged rape that indicated that they were falsely accused, I think that should definitely be admitted as evidence.

I think part of the issue is that there isn't really much of a precedent for it. AJ's attorney has been quoted referring to this trial as something along the lines of "a new frontier" when it comes using social media in this kind of trial.

Well that link didn't really have anything to do with what you posted...and I don't think your information really means what you think it does. The statistic is certainly accurate, but that has more to do with the difficulty of proving a rape took place. Whatever though, interpret it however you'd like ✌

I made that very point like two days ago.

And perhaps you've forgotten but, I've gone to bat for you in the past for bringing up good points during discussions, in spite of being a little overbearing and stubborn.

I don't get the same amount of time I used to to read through and contribute and spend most of my time catching up...it's dominated by you like 85% of the time.

You bring up good points and discussion most of the time...it's the amount of posts with which you attempt to make your point. Over and over again.

And before anyone starts whining about this, I'm actually having a conversation with him about this as a means to clarify my point, not to berate, bully or...whatever.
